Technology moves at a wicked pace. Xero updates their product on a regular basis. Some updates are minimal, while others may be significant. Our content, both the presentation and the course materials, are updated at least quarterly for our courses and noted on our materials. We make every effort to present the most recent information possible with the most recent updates from Xero.
Our courses are designed by subject matter experts with over forty years of combined experience. We provide the objectives and the prerequisites, along with the program level for the content developed for each course we offer. We do this to ensure the intended participants can determine if the course is right for them.
Continuing Professional Education Credit: Attendance is monitored throughout the live webinar to ensure compliance with NASBA policy. To receive CPE credit for the event, you must register for the webcast prior to the start of the program and login no later than the scheduled start time for the event. You must also answer the polling questions that will be asked throughout the presentation. Sorry, that’s the rule. After the webinar has ended, you will receive your certificate via email within 3 business days.
We want to meet your expectations and make every effort to do this. However, we may have to substitute presenters in the event of an illness or other emergencies. In the event that a webinar must be canceled by us, all registration fees (if applicable) will be refunded in full, without exception. However, if you need to cancel your registration, please see our Refunds and Cancellations statement above.
Multiple Attendees of Live Webinars: Only one attendee per webinar can receive CPE credit. This will be issued in the name of the attendee registered for the webinar. We do not issue CPE for Virtual Groups.
